Christmas Festival of Lights and Music Opens December 15-31
The La Carlota City Annual festival of lights and music is set to start on December 15 and will run on until December 31, 2011. The evening opening program will begin with an invocation by Rev. Fr. Hubert M. Javellana, the Christmas message will be given by City Mayor Juliet Marie D. Ferrer who will also declare the official opening of the event. City Vice Mayor David T. Baga, Jr. will give the opening remarks. The second part of the program will be a live bands performance.
