Day Care Officers Inducted

           Mayor Demie John C. Honrado was the inducting officer in the joint oath taking ceremony of the Day Care Association and Parents Group last October 14, 2009.  There are at present 31 day care centers in the different barangays and sitios all over the city.

            The program began with a prayer in song rendered by Cristine B. Jalandoni followed by a  homage to country led by Kizia M. Locsin.  Association president Nida R. Salvador welcomed the guests and visitors while CSWDO OIC Julia M. Uy gave the opening remarks.

            Present in the affair were Atty. Ike M. Barredo-governor’s executive assistant, and SP members Luis J. Jalandoni III, Julian M. Chiang, Jun-Jun C. Sicangco IV and Manuel R. Badillo.  The occasion was also attended by barangay captains Jose Luis A. Jalandoni, Annabelle Q. Bermudo, Leoni Mieh Salvador, Francisco D. Oplas, Rodolfo Jimenez, Jr., Joel E. Rumbines, Juanito Dionisio, and Rembert A. Calimutan.

            Mayor Honrado lauded the day care workers for their dedication and patience to mold the educational foundation of pre-school children while Atty. Barredo gave an inspirational message directed to the newly-elected officers.
